Pastor Ray, Wanda, Adam, Aaron and Amanda rode into town from Tampa, Florida to pastor Cherokee Hills in 1994. Prior to this, they served at Riverside Baptist in Denver and First Baptist Church Daytona Beach in Student Ministry. Ray received his Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth.
Pastor Ray loves the outdoors, especially hunting and fly fishing. Wanda is all about family gatherings, cooking the big meals and serving in whatever way she can. They are new first time grandparents to Cooper Adam Ivey, the cutest grandbaby in the history of grandchildren.
Amanda, their youngest, is a sophomore at O.U, studying Physical Therapy. Aaron, married to Kate, is a student athlete at O.U (Baseball) and is finishing up his degree in Energy Management. Adam, married to Kristi, is worship pastor at Life Church and the proud parents of Cooper Adam Ivey.
